What is it?
Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) was created in 1993 by the state purchasing directors from fifteen NASPO western states to establish the means by which participating states may join together in cooperative multi-state contracting. All governmental entities within WSCA states as well as authorized government entities in non WSCA states are welcome to use the approved agreements. Cities, counties, public schools and institutions of higher education can also benefit from cooperative purchasing. Get more details and information at http://www.aboutwsca.org.

2. If you are a first time user, verify that your organization is authorized to utilize this purchasing contract by e-mailing the Contract Manager.
3. Once verified, you will receive an e-mail confirming your eligibility to utilize the contract pricing.
4. Upon receipt of the e-mail verifying your eligibility---use the sign-in data provided to access our WSCA shopping cart. Purchases can be made with a credit card from this e-commerce site.
