By utilizing contract relationships, PCS Mobile is able to help these distinct customers discover and implement critical solutions over and beyond traditional acquisition methods.


GSA


PCS Mobile currently holds a GSA Schedule #70 (under the name Portable Computer Systems, Inc.), which is an IDIQ contract administered by the Federal Supply Service of the General Service Administration. Eligible customers are all governmental entities, including state and local agencies such as cities, counties and local state government agencies.

WSCA


The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) was formed in October 1993 by the state purchasing directors from fifteen NASPO western states. Its primary purpose is to establish means by which participating states may join together to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Texas DIR


Our agreement with Texas DIR enables us to assist state agencies and political subdivisions in finding the most cost-effective acquisition of their information resources. Eligible customers are governmental entities located in Texas, including state agencies and universities, and all political subdivisions, such as cities, counties and public schools.

CMAS


The California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) program was established in response to Assembly Bill 1727, which was signed into law in October 1993. The CMAS program provides client agencies with an easy and value effective procurement vehicle, for both information technology and commodity products and services.

National IPA

PCS Mobile has been awarded the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (National IPA) Contract #073103-01 to sell Panasonic Toughbooks, tablets, accessories, and service. The cooperative purchasing agreement was awarded by City of Tucson, AZ and is being made available to public agencies nationwide. Eligible public agencies include county government, city/local government, public school systems, public higher education, agencies for public benefit and nonprofit organizations.

MT State Contract



PCS Mobile currently holds a contract for In-Vehicle Video Surveillance Systems with the State of Montana.  Eligible customers are all law enforcement agencies in Montana as well as state agencies outside Montana through a cooperative purchasing agreement.

North Central EMS Cooperative (NCEMSC)


 



The North Central EMS Cooperative (NCEMSC) is a group of more than 3,000 EMS organizations in 49 states and several provinces that have joined together to take advantage of volume pricing discounts on a wide array of EMS products and services.  Portable Computer Systems, Inc. (DBA PCS Mobile) is an authorized dealer for the NCEMSC contract held by SYNNEX Corporation for Panasonic Toughbook Mobile Computers, accessories and service.
