On-Going Customer Support
Don’t have an on-site technical staff? Don’t worry. PCS offers many post-support technical support and maintenance packages. Many of our customers don’t have a staff to dedicate to their mobile equipment management, so we fulfill that role.
Our unique IT experience in the mobile environment allows us to stay one step ahead of system threats. Each incident is entered and tracked in our service tracking system and you are informed of the progress every step of the way. Our relationships with our manufacturers and on-going system training further enhances our ability to react. We provide this support through the following options:
Annual maintenance contracts
Subscribers to our annual maintenance contracts are provided with periodic reports outlining their service, maintenance reviews and access to our extensive knowledge base.
Support tickets
These pre-purchased hours of support service enable our customers to report individual incidents, if and when, they arise.
Hourly service
Service requests are taken on an as-need basis and billed according to the time incurred for the incident. Each incident request will generate a detailed report and for your convenience, billing can be set-up on a monthly cycle.
Image Maintenance
In addition to services provided through Panasonic Image Management, PCS provides image maintenance in the Denver and Phoenix metropolitan areas.

Disposition
PCS can buy back your old equipment either directly or through partners such as Planet IT ROI. We also provide secure and environmentally responsible disposal of used or out-dated equipment at sites approved by applicable regulatory agencies. We can also help you transfer ownership of your equipment through a donation to schools or non-profit organizations. Certain restrictions may apply.
