The PCS Mobile service side of our business is housed under the Technical Delivery and Support Team.
This team provides two different types of services: Project Management and Ticket Help Desk Support.

We'd like to take a moment to explain the Project Management side of our business. Many of our customers have experienced it firsthand, but some haven't had the opportunity. We feel it's important to start by laying out what the project process looks like.

 

Help Desk

Helpdesk hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm (MST/MDT).  Inquiries submitted during closure will be answered the following business day. We are closed most holidays.   For assistance please call 877-357-3351 or email helpdesk@pcsmobile.com.

About our Technical Delivery and Support Team

The Technical Delivery and Support Team is made up of 9 different members located throughout the nation. All team members are trained to provide base-level and high-level support. Team members are certified in the various solutions we integrate and have the necessary certifications to escalate issues to manufactures as needed to provide quick, effective resolution. The team is regularly trained and kept up-to-date on technology changes and innovations around the products on our company line card.

Our Technical Delivery and Support Team is overseen by PCS Mobile’s Vice President, Marty Murphy. Marty is the escalation contact available to all customers should they feel that the Technical Delivery and Support Team are not meeting their expectations.

The Technical Delivery and Support Team is managed by the Project and Support Ticket Manager, Lexie Anderson. Lexie oversees all projects including directing all support ticket operations. Lexie is responsible for ensuring overall customer experience satisfaction and timely ticket resolution.
